WWII ARMY M1905E1 Bayonet Spear Marked PAL 1943 UOS for M1 Garand used in Europe

WWII ARMY M1905 Bayonet  Marked PAL 1943 UOS for M1 Garand used in Europe. Condition is Used.

This is a battle used World War II bayonet.

This bayonet was used in Europe durring WWII and brought back to the USA.

This was purchased in 2019 at the Grande Braderie de Lille in Lille, France

Made by PAL Blade and Tool Company. Fun fact PAL bought the cutlery division from Remington to begin making bayonets.

The blade has pitting and notches from being in action

The screw under the handle is missing as is the cross guard.

The blade has been sharpened although it has not been sharpened recently since I bought it.

On top of the blade there's a faint marking of SH. If you clean it you would be able to see more however I did not clean this.
