this guy was driven at highway speeds prior to removal in this item is fully functional and in working condition

The wiring connectors were cut off the original car's harness,  simply unclip the old end of the connector and you are good to go. if you're old connector has any damage due to heat deterioration you can also replace it with the one provided.

All four mounting screws are included

The throttle linkage is included as shown.
